Allow me to coin a new phrase: the Rooney Roll. When you roll a 7 or 11 on your first in craps and then Vegas gives you money, punches you in the gut on the way out the door and takes and back, and then calls you later that night and sobs and sniffles through a half-hearted apology. Other applications for this phrase: football. However, unlike the Rooney Rule, no one in the mainstream media will care when it happens.

On behalf of Pittsburgh, I would like to inform all organized crime employees (about 70% of our audience according to Google Site Analytics) that it isn't this easy to cheat in Pittsburgh. I know we have a casino coming soon and you might be thinking after last night that the time is ripe for the picking. But please, I beg you, just stick to controlling our nation's economic and social policies through elected officials, something that will only affect our next worthless generation, not this one. I like football and I like gambling and I'd like them to remain as pure as possible. Steroids in sports didn't exist until the government created them to control our athletes and cheating will continue to not exist in Pittsburgh sports unless you involve yourself in our casinos. Think about it, it makes sense.
