That's about it, made a fruit cake Sunday in my convection oven which could be only a couple of years younger than Attila the Hun, and just about as cranky. I don't know, the damned cake is not right so will probably just get it drunk on the excellent Flor de Caña rum by Christmas. Personally I feel I have more than enough aging and would pass up the opportunity for more if possible, but the cake is going to get "rum aged" whether it wants it or not. Kinda like me I suppose. Sans the rum, docturo's orders mas o menos. I think the cake would enjoy this very isotopic part of the world.
