What is Stootsi?
Stootsi.com is a not-so-new, vibrant website located deep within the secret bunkers of
the "Internet" (if you really want to know where we are, we are nested in the
beautiful rolling hills of western Pennsylvania). Stootsi sells many
amazing products every day, at alternating times, until the time on that deal
has run out. Of course, the price will be amazing. So amazing that Stootsi
might not make money, but that's not your concern.
Stootsi Contests?
Stootsi believes in a little work being commended with
unproportionally huge rewards. At random times throughout the work
week (that would be Monday through Friday), Stootsi.com will be running various
types of Contests that will have a multitude of different prizes. All Contents
strive for ease-of-use, as to not alienate any of our loyal customers. As
long as you have a couple spare minutes in the day, and an original/humorous
thought in your head, you'll be able to try your luck at winning a
prize! As it stands right now, our prize closet is overflowing with
Stootsi Contest Coupons, various products that we have sold/will sell on
Stootsi.com, and yes, there may even be some cold hard cash in there.
You can only take First Place in a Stootsi Contest once per week (Monday
through Friday). That does not stop you, however, from taking any other offered
places in any of the other Contests that we may run throughout that time
period.
How do I enter Stootsi Contests?
That's a pretty simple question to answer. You'll need to go to
Stootsi's Page 2 and see what the
current Contest is listed in the
Stootsi Contest blog. Read over the description of the Contest,
and post your entry! More times than not, the rules of the Contest will be
posted at the bottom of the Contest description, and that day's
Contest prizes will be noted there as well. Please keep all content clean
in your entries, as we will be monitoring them. Anything deemed
inappropriate will be censored, and we reserve the right to kidnap, and hold
for ransom, any small pets (especially exotic fish) and/or office supplies that
repeat offenders may have.
All entries will be judged by some of the Internet's hardest working, most
handsome, incredibly intelligent, modestly humble people. You guessed it;
Stootsi.com's staff will review and analyze all entries, and will decide on
who will be the lucky recipients of that day's Contest prizes. Winners
shall be announced on Page 2's
Contest Winners blog.
Contest Rules?
Just like every other contest in the history of mankind, Stootsi contests have
some rules, which of course are eligible to change at any point in time. For
now, they are:

Contest coupons cannot be combined with other coupons offered by Stootsi.com.
This means that only one Contest coupon can be used per purchase.

Contest coupons are only valid for orders that are greater than the sale price
of a product offered on Stootsi.com. This means that if you win a $10.00
coupon, you can only use this coupon for a product that is selling for more
than $10.00 on Stootsi.com.

Contest coupons are non refundable, and may be used only one time. Once an
order is placed, and a coupon is used, that coupon is forever void and cannot
be refunded under any circumstances.

Contest coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. No exceptions
can be made.

Forum?
Ya that's right. Everyone's doing it. Our forum is way better though. Why?
Because we discuss everything. Products, People, Places, Things. Our staff has
a wide range of knowledge consisting of political saviness to steroids in
baseball. Please remember that Stootsi.com is not responsible for the content
of any submitted post in our forum. Posts are the sole property of the
respective poster. Stootsi asks that you keep all of your posts clean and neat.
We will not tolerate posts containing profanity, fake reviews, nudity, spam,
referrals, or personal information. We will however tolerate posts containing
extreme sarcasm, general sports talk, video game winning techniques and/or
critical soundbytes pertaining to North Korea and nuclear weapons.
Timer?
The timer in the upper left hand corner is just a simple countdown clock until
the next Stootsi is launched. Pretty basic. So basic that we feel guilty for
having one (Our cheeseball web designer told us that "every great website has
to have a cool graphic").
Advanced Stootsi
How do I buy your stuff? You just have to create an account, and then click
"Purchase".
Who can buy your stuff?
Stootsi.com does not discriminate, as long as you live in the United States or
Canada. For those of you in Rio Linda, this means that we only ship to the
United States and Canada.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping options abound. If you are the United States, we offer UPS shipping
rates via ground or air, and are working on delivery via horseback. Just choose
your shipping option when you checkout. If you live in Canada, we only ship via
Standard Ground UPS. Please remember that we are not responsible for
duties/taxes or UPS broker fees, but the ridiculous deals we give out will
probably outweigh all of that. If not, you can't blame us for not shipping to
Canada!
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are dynamically calculated based on the shipping destination
and weight of the product.
Shipping Restrictions?
Kinda. Aside from the "you must live in the United States or Canada", we also
do not ship to FPO/APO or PO Box.
How many can I buy?
The max number of orders for a given item will change daily. Please refer to
the details of the checkout pages for maximum number of each item you can buy
in a day.
Returns Policy?
Based on the condition of the item (new, refurbished, overstock/liquidation,
returns), there may or may not be a manufacturer's warranty. Any problems with
a product that is under manufacturer warranty will be handled directly with the
manufacturer. Stootsi will however assist you in receiving warranty support
with the manufacturer if neccessary. Due to the ridiculously low prices that we
offer, no returns are accepted for buyer's remorse. Ideally, you will just sell
your item that you don't like on ebay, and maybe even make some money in the
process. If no warranty on a product is given, and it arrives defective or Dead
On Arrival (DOA) you must notify us within 3 days via email at rma@stootsi.com.
After 3 days all sales are final. Return shipping will be at your own expense.
Stootsi does not offer replacements in any situation and you will receive a
refund of your sale price only.
***Amendment***
As you may already know, several of our featured items carry the item condition
tag known as "open box". These items are typically open box items from retail
stores, customer returns, etc. The product condition on open box items varies
from used to like-new, and contents always vary. While we recognize that open
box items are not for everyone, we also recognize that these products often
represent the greatest potential savings. We also recognize that open box
products tend to have the highest number of problems (non-functional issues).
In order to alleviate fears from potential customers, and to also encourage
more people to grab these fantastic deals, we are ammending our current return
policy on open box products. We think you'll like the changes.
1. All open box products will carry a minimum 14 day Stootsi
warranty/guarantee. Some items may be 30 days. You can always see this clearly
on the homepage. If an open-box product has a 14 day Stootsi warranty, this
means that from the time you receive your product you have 14 days to notify us
of your desire to return your item for a FULL refund.
2. You can return your open box item for ANY reason within 14 days for a full
refund (as long as you didn't break it yourself...yes, we believe in the honor
system people).
3. We'll even pay for return shipping. This way, it's a no lose situation for
you! Simply email us a request for RMA and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping
label.
4. You'll still have to take your package to a UPS store or hand it to a
driver. Sorry, we can't do everything for you!
5. When your item is returned, we'll issue you a full refund within 5 business
days.
Please note the above only applies to "open box" items. We want to keep
bringing you the best deals, and we don't want "open box" to scare anyone away.
