Ease is the name of the game, and here at Stootsi, we pride ourselves on being easy. So depending on your outlook on life, we've provided two methods of contacting your favorite staff on the web. The remaining 99.4% of us who aren't as inspired will be using the ever-boring but always-handy webform on the right.

However, let it be known to young and old alike; please choose your correspondence address correctly. Improperly addressed emails will be printed off by one of our lowly interns and used solely in the company-wide Paper Football Championships which will convene sometime in the near future, and will never be looked at again.

Return Policy

Every item listed on Stootsi.com has specific warranty details along with our return policy associated with that particular item. Additionally you will find nearly all items on our site include cosmetic details, packaging details, and product information. All items listed as brand new come with a manufacturer's warranty. Stootsi will assist you in receiving warranty support from the manufacturer in all situations. Remember: we want you to be an informed buyer. Returns are not fun for anyone.

Ultimately, your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a product to us, or simply have questions about our return policy, please read below:

30 Day Return Policy
Stootsi.com will arrange and pay for all authorized, defective returns
Returns are processed within 2-3 days of merchandise arriving at our facility. Please allow an additional 3 business days for credits to appear once your return is processed. Stootsi.com will notify you via email when your item is returned and refunded.

To return a product to Stootsi.com, please request an RMA via email. Our email address for handling RMA requests is rma@stootsi.com. When requesting an RMA, please include the following:

Order Number
Customer Name
Reason for the RMA request

Guidelines for RMA

All RMA requests must be received 30 days from the delivery date.
For defective items, Stootsi.com will arrange a pre-paid shipping label for the customer to return the item to us for a full refund.
For non-defective returns, or buyer remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping and items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance.
Items sold in our Salvage Mall, or that specifically state a known defect are all sold as-is, and are not eligible for return.
